Pricing Per send · no list-size tax

Email priced per send, not per subscriber

Every other platform bills you for the size of your list — whether you email those people or not. GoSendo bills sends. A list of 200,000 people sitting quietly costs nothing.

Why GoSendo

Three things the others don't do

We built GoSendo around the two complaints this category generates most: surprise bills and silent enforcement.

Your list size isn't the bill

Competitors charge by contacts stored, or by "active profiles" — so a growing list raises your invoice even if you never email it. We charge for what you actually send.

Limits you can see coming

Your quota is on screen, always. Every limit names its cause and offers a way forward, instead of an account suspension with no explanation and no appeal.

Inboxes on the same account

Real mailboxes at your own domain, priced like a mailbox instead of a whole productivity suite you never open. Arriving soon — see below.

Features

Everything a campaign needs

The full marketing surface — not a stripped-down sender.

Campaign editor

Visual builder or raw HTML, live desktop and mobile preview, and starter templates built for real email clients.

Contact lists

CSV import with column mapping, deduplication and consent capture.

Six-stage validation

Four instant checks free on every import, plus deep mailbox verification.

Automations

Welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and birthday — with goals that cancel a message when the customer already converted.

A/B testing

Subject line, content or sender.

Segmentation & hygiene

Engagement-based segments and a sunset policy that previews before it suppresses anyone.

Opens & clicks

Built in-house and Apple-Mail-privacy aware, so your open rate isn't fiction.

Revenue attribution

Orders credited back to the campaign that caused them, via Shopify or WooCommerce.

Subscriber pages

Hosted, branded signup pages that feed straight into the list you choose, with double opt-in.

Preference centre

Let people pause for 30, 60 or 90 days instead of leaving for good.

RSS to email

Turn a blog into a newsletter. Existing posts count as sent, so switching it on never mails your archive.

Best send time

Computed from your own open history — and silent when there isn't enough data to be honest.

Transactional & SMTP relay

Application mail over HTTP, or an authenticated SMTP port for software that only speaks SMTP.

Webhooks & public API

Signed, retried webhooks with a delivery log, and a scoped public API.

Deliverability

Deliverability is the product

Anyone can accept an email. Landing it in the inbox is the hard part — so we run the sending infrastructure ourselves rather than reselling somebody else's.

Authentication, set up for you

A wizard generates your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and verifies them. Nothing can send from a domain until its signature checks out — the engine refuses rather than sending unsigned mail.

Warmed, monitored IPs

Reputation is separated by customer category, ramped gradually, and swept against major blocklists around the clock.

Suppression that holds

Bounces and complaints suppress automatically, and stay suppressed — including a one-way hashed layer so GDPR erasure never resurrects a bad address.

Crash-safe sending

A campaign interrupted mid-send resumes exactly where it stopped. No duplicates, no gaps — guaranteed by the ledger, not by hope.

One-click unsubscribe

RFC 8058 support, the preference centre, and a footer that always works — the things mailbox providers now check for.

Reports you can act on

Delivery, opens, clicks, bounces and complaints per campaign, plus DMARC reporting on your own domains.

Business Mail — the inbox without the suite

Most Google Workspace seats exist for one reason: the inbox. You pay for Docs, Sheets and Slides that nobody on the team opens. Business Mail is mail, done properly, at your own domain.

  • Mailboxes at your domain, e.g. you@yourbrand.com
  • Webmail, plus IMAP/SMTP for Outlook and Apple Mail
  • Aliases and shared mailboxes for support@
  • Spam filtering and antivirus included
  • Import from your current provider
  • Replies to your campaigns, in the same account

FAQ

Questions

Straight answers to what people ask first.

What exactly counts as a "send"?

One email to one recipient. A campaign to 10,000 people is 10,000 sends. Storing contacts, running automations, hosting subscriber pages and keeping your reports cost nothing extra.

What happens if I go over my plan's sends?

You'll see it coming — your quota sits on screen all month rather than surfacing as a month-end surprise. You can move up a plan at any time.

Do I need my own sending domain?

Yes, and that's deliberate: mail should come from your brand, not ours. The wizard gives you the exact DNS records and verifies them for you. It usually takes a few minutes.

How do you protect deliverability?

We run our own sending infrastructure, warm IPs gradually, separate reputation by customer category, sweep blocklists continuously, and refuse to send mail we can't cryptographically sign. Bounces and complaints suppress automatically.

Can I move from Mailchimp, Brevo or Klaviyo?

Yes. Export your contacts as CSV and import them with column mapping — validation runs as they load, so a stale list gets cleaned on the way in rather than damaging your reputation later.

Is there an API?

Yes — a scoped public API with keys per workspace, signed outbound webhooks with a delivery log, plus transactional sending over HTTP or authenticated SMTP.

Where does my data live?

On infrastructure we operate in the EU. You can export your contacts at any time, and GDPR erasure is built in — with a hashed suppression layer so an erased address still never gets emailed again.
